Meet John
John Kruse is a neuroscientist, psychiatrist and author who has spent over thirty years working with adults who have ADHD. He is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and writes widely read essays on attention and mental health. He lives on the Big Island of Hawaii, where he runs marathons and gets outdoors when he isn't seeing patients or writing.
